Hi, I’m Kelsey Pesola — The Mindful Mama Coach

I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors and competing in all forms of athletics. So naturally my fascination with the human body and mind only continued to grow through the years.

I earned my bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis on women's health. Having been an athlete on the collegiate and professional level, I believed that fitness was achieved through hard work and discipline.

When I became a mama I realized it’s not that simple. Fitness now requires patience, grace, creativity, flexibility and self-love. 

Learning how to create a healthier relationship with fitness and how it fit into my family’s life became one of the most rewarding challenges and educational experiences thus far … and now I help other mamas do the same.
