I design all of the workouts specifically for home so that you can do them in shorter periods of time whenever you want.
However, they can be done in a gym as well!

I suggest investing in two pairs of dumbbells: one lighter pair that can be pressed overhead and a medium heavy pair for lower body movements like squats or deadlifts as well as a set of bands.

I have designed the workouts for 2-4 times per week. So that mams can do what feels best for their schedule and their goals.
I normally recommend 2-3 times per week with an emphasis on creating moments for movement in your daily life throughout the week.

The workouts are flexible— each workout can be easily modified into 10, 20, and 30 minutes options to fit our day.
I also provided suggestions on how to modify if you have a little one that is attached to you or wants to engage mid workout!
