  • Week 1 - Consistency


    In Week 1, I’ll help you unlock your inner “why” that will supercharge your consistency with your workouts (and I’ll strip away all the confusion and overwhelm around “HOW” to do this!) – and we’re going to eradicate any lingering “mom guilt” you may have for spending time on yourself.

  • Week 2 - Daily Wins


    In Week 2, I’ll show you how to stop wondering why you “can’t stick with it” or doubting if you “have enough willpower” – and I’ll reveal my little-known method to shift how you set your goals … so you get daily wins that accumulate into smashing your goals weekly.

  • Week 3 - Ease & Joy


    In Week 3, We will begin to build your confidence and momentum through daily wins. I’ll show you how confidence is found in your systems (rituals) and small daily actions rather than an end result. We will create more ease and joy in your day to day simply by taking advantage of small opportunities to create more gratitude.

  • Week 4 - Focused & Thriving


    In Week 4, We’ll learn simple yet powerful shifts to help you feel focused, energised, and present – in other words, THRIVING(not just surviving). I’ll teach you an ultra simple method to empower yourself to make the nutritional choices that will move you toward your goals – without clunky “calorie counting” or feeling deprived.

  • Week 5 - Making Food Work For You


    In Week 5, I’ll show you how to make food work for youinstead of against you. You’ll begin to incorporate meal planning techniques  into your week that will reduce the overwhelm and pressure. You’ll harness the power of prioritizing your macro nutrients in a way that creates lasting energy to support you throughout your day.

  • Week 6 - Rhythm & Routines


    In Week 6, You’ll feel the confidence and freedom that comes from owning your routineswithout feeling boxed in or overwhelmed. By building on the habits we’ve cultivated together, you’ll discover how to seamlessly weave them into your daily life, creating a rhythm that feels both empowering and adaptable.

  • I believe that prioritizing our health, fitness, and an empowering narrative is critical so that we can pass on a legacy of health to our children, and help them develop a strong foundation that will serve them through the rest of their life. And I coach my clients how to do this, too.

  • Discipline is no longer enough when you have a tiny human that you are responsible for 24/7. That’s where grace, balance and creativity come into play. I’ll show you a new and easier approach to fitness that molds to your day to day demands as a mom. Workouts that fit into nap time or play time.

  • No worries!

    All calls will be recorded so you can do the live workout or listen to the weekly mindset call whenever it works best for you!

  • Absolutely! The workouts are designed to be done at home, so you can fit them into small windows of opportunity!

  • Many of the exercises can be done with body weight. I also provide options to use bands and/or dumbbells.

    A simple set of bands or 2 pairs of dumbbells (one lighter set #8 or #10 lbs and a heavier set, #15 would be more than enough.)
