No matter what your work and home life looks like, being a mom is a full time job and our own needs often take a backseat. Here, it doesn’t have to!

Join a space were we take on all the challenges that come with prioritizing your health and fitness while raising your little ones. From workouts that include your babe, to sharing all the best mom hacks and easy meal go-tos for yourself or the family, we will cover it all.

Come in for a one on one session that is tailored to your needs and have the convenience of bringing your baby in with you. If you prefer a group setting we have small mama and baby classes that allow you to engage with your little one while you workout and be a part of a community of mamas working towards the same goal!

FAQs

  • These workouts are designed to give you the opportunity to bring your little one with you! The age of your baby will change how involved they will be.

    To actively incorporate your little one, makes sure they can stabilize their neck on their own. If they are not there yet, you can still hold them in a baby carrier while doing squats or keep them comfortable in their dock-a-tot or blanket in front of you.

    There will be plenty of opportunities to engage with them throughout the workout without having to pick them up.

  • You are in a safe space surrounded by mamas who understand! Tend to your little one and jump back into the workout when it works for you. We can also get creative with changing things up to keep babes engaged throughout the session so that you can continue moving and working out as well.

  • In Person: Yoga mat, your baby seat or laying set up of choice (thick blanky, dock-a-tot, etc.)

    At Home: Yoga mat, your baby seat or laying set up of choice (thick blanky, dock-a-tot, etc.), bands optional.

    On the Move: Stroller, water bottle, water ever you may need to keep babe comfortable to the 45min workout.
